Hire Rooms

Our modern rooms and the chapel are available for hire at very reasonable rates:

• Garden Room
  The light and very attractive Garden Room is perfect for receptions and informal meetings. It can easily accommodate seating for 40 or more.
• Christopher Wykes Room
  Downstairs, the Christopher Wykes Room, comfortably seating more than 50, is suitable for more formal presentations and meetings.
• The Chapel
  The Chapel itself is available for concerts; organ recitals and meetings. It has a seating capacity considerably in excess of 200.

Facilities

Equipped kitchen

The small but well-equipped kitchen can be used for light refreshments or as a base for caterers providing food prepared off site.

Audio Visual

Audio Visual equipment can be provided by arrangement.

Accessibility

Both the Chapel and the Garden Room have good level access and accessible toilet facilities but, unfortunately the Christopher Wykes Room is currenlty only accessible by broad stairs and is not yet fully accessible.

Baby-changing facilities and accessible toilet

Baby-changing facilities and an accessible toilet are installed.

Car park

On weekdays we only have 1 car parking space reserved for the use of chapel, so please check with us before driving in. There are several alternative public car parks available nearby.

On Saturdays and Sundays there are 18 spaces available for those using our premises (for example travelling for a Sunday service or a wedding).

Public transport 

We are about 5 min walk from St. Margaret’s and Haymarket Bus Stations, and around 18min walk across the city centre from Leicester Railway Station.
